YO, What’s Up?,…..WASABI!!!

In the Beginning comes the seaweed mat then  the rice, salmon, avocado, cream cheese then you place the roll on a bamboo mat and carefully and tightly roll it till you have a nice rice/salmon roll.

Making sucessful sushi!

In the Japanese culture Sushi is their form of fast food. What is auesome about it is that it isn’t full of preservatives/fat and with the two main ingredients sushi rice and the seaweed wrap you can substitute or add new vegetables or fish/meat to make it a new meal every time.

The sauces are what accent the sushi. However the one the Japanese use most often is Wasabi! it’s a sauce with a kick to it that adds life to your sushi! So whether you’re a native from Japan or whether your looking to try eel for the first time let sushi be your excuse to try something new!!

Here’s another website I found to jump start your sushi making http://www.makemysushi.com/index.php/How-to-make-sushi/classic-roll.html
