Dash Away

Tradition Tradition…the papa Tradition ok I’ll stop now but alot of people have seen fiddler on the roof or at least know the story and know that the culture of that time was bent on tradition. Nothing happened without purpose. So as you go about your days think about what you do in your day, week and ask yourself do I have purpose in what I do? And in the holiday season thanksgiving when we celebrate the blessings we have in this country and what we are thankful for. Think about others and what we can do for others which brings me to a family tradition of mine…the drumstick Dash… it’s a 5k race that goes to benefit the rescue mission in roanoke you can walk it you can run it you can bring your dogs or there’s the turkey trot which is a 1mile race. here’s the link to sign up online I would love to see you thanksgiving morning!!

I started training this morning and this is what I brought/saw:

an Apple, bracelet, Cranberries, dogs, earphones, frog, goat, hairband, ipod, jacket, kid, log, mud, nut, O, phone, Q, Ring, strollers, trucks, U, Violin, watch, xylophone, z

I found out that I was more out of shape than I thought so I will be training more often. feel free to join me if you like to run in the mornings

  1. O.K. I’m going to have to find the Fiddler on the roof thing. I’ve ran into MANY blogs that state something about it! Crazy… 😀
